No Time To Die
Synopsis: "James Bond is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service. However, his peace is short-lived as his old CIA friend, Felix Leiter, shows up and asks for help."

Edit summary: Cut most of the movie and turned the one good act into a short film.

Ver6: Remastered
Shadow and Bone
Synopsis: "Dark forces conspire against orphan mapmaker Alina Starkov when she unleashes an extraordinary power that could change the fate of her war-torn world."

Edit summary: Cut the flashbacks and the ship/storm sideplot that isn't really necessary for the first season and interrupts the pacing of the main plot. Other small cuts to help the pacing and also hide some botched special effects as much as possible.

Season 2: toned down the superhero abilities a little bit to match the vibe of the first season, cut the Ravka crew scenes since the story was pedestrian and unrelated to the core plot, and recut some of the Alina plot to fix the writing.

Unfortunately the show was cancelled and it does leave the plot vaguely on a cliffhanger, it was clearly intended to have a third season to finish the character plot arcs. In my opinion it's still an enjoyable watch though, and not open-ended in an unsatisfying way, just feels like there should be more.
Squid Game
Synopsis: "Hundreds of cash-strapped contestants accept an invitation to compete in children's games for a tempting prize, but the stakes are deadly."

Edit summary: Heavily trimmed the slow start to the essentials, reduced the nauseating flashing room a bit, trimmed a bunch of sections to help the pacing, and kept but heavily streamlined the cop storyline. The ending is also significantly changed, removing the twist and the open ending for a sequel season to make it a self-contained single-season show.
Werewolves Within
Synopsis: "A snowstorm traps town residents together inside the local inn, where newly arrived forest ranger Finn and postal worker Cecily must try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a mysterious creature that has begun terrorizing the community."

Edit summary: Minor edits to remove a dozen progressive jibes and slogans that the writer inserted as heavy-handed political statements.
Alice in Borderland
Synopsis: "Obsessed gamer Arisu suddenly finds himself in a strange, emptied-out version of Tokyo in which he and his friends must compete in dangerous games in order to survive."

Edit summary: The first season is left mostly intact, just removing some bad cgi and a lot of unnecessary backstory flashbacks that are supposed to give characters depth or meaning but just end up feeling like a waste of time.

The second season is a much deeper cut, fixing a bunch of poor dialogue and the super heavy-handed plot-hinting, and removing numerous slow sections to match the pace of the first season. It feels like they started trying too hard to be deep and it just doesn't come across as genuine without a heavy edit to strip and trim it. Also significantly changed the ending to remove the fanservice.
Don't Look Deeper
Synopsis: "A high school student in central California sets off an unexpected series of events when she begins to doubt if she's human."

Edit summary: Cut the lesbian and transgender plots and consolidate all the episodes.

Ver6: Significantly reworked ending to be less corny, and a few other quality tweaks like cropping credits out of all scenes
Palm Springs
Synopsis: "Stuck in a time loop, two wedding guests develop a budding romance while living the same day over and over again."

Edit summary: Trimmed a couple minor gay jokes
The Baker and the Beauty
Synopsis: "Daniel Garcia is working in the family bakery and doing everything that his loving Cuban parents and siblings expect him to do, until his life changes unexpectedly on a wild Miami night with a chance encounter with a superstar model at a fancy restaurant."

Edit summary: Culled out a lot of the side plots to put more focus on the main characters' relationship rather than trying to give equal time to the rest of the family. Also some careful trims to make a couple of the side characters more likeable rather than annoying.

Ver6: Updated projects to remove mixed non-23.976 sources for easier loading
Upload
Synopsis: "A man is able to choose his own afterlife after his untimely death by having his consciousness uploaded into a virtual world. As he gets used to his new life and befriends his angel (real world handler) questions about his death arise."

Edit summary: Cut the minor gay and transgender side-plots and characters, clean up a few other cringey scenes, and condense the show into a long movie.
Auggie
Synopsis: "After he is forced into an early retirement, a man's relationship with his wife and daughter becomes strained when he falls in love with an augmented reality companion."

Edit summary: Remove the wife's affair and any other scene that doesn't include the main character to make the story more focused and less "balanced".
For All Mankind
Synopsis: "In an alternative version of 1969, the Soviet Union beats the United States to the Moon, and the space race continues on for decades with still grander challenges and goals."

Edit summary: This edit drops season 3, along with the daughter plot, the affairs, the mexican girl, and a lot of the non-space drama at home. These cuts speed up the formerly sluggish narrative, although certain long scenes are preserved where appropriate. The show is very high quality and has a lot of historically accurate references, but this edit focuses more on the science fiction drama.
Last Christmas
Synopsis: "Nothing seems to go right for young Kate, a frustrated Londoner who works as an elf in a year-round Christmas shop. But things soon take a turn for the better when she meets Tom - a handsome charmer."

Edit summary: Cut a few cringey parts and the weird German guy to focus on the feel-good Christmas tone.

Ver12: Remastered
Noelle
Synopsis: "Kris Kringle's daughter Noelle (Anna Kendrick) is full of Christmas spirit and holiday fun, but her brother Nick (Bill Hader) is struggling while training to become the new Santa. She lightheartedly suggests he should get away for the weekend to clear his head... but then he doesn't return."

Edit summary: Cut the feminism and patriarchy references to make the film jolly rather than preachy.
Plus One
Synopsis: "Longtime friends Ben and Alice agree to be each other's plus one at every wedding they're invited to during a busy summer of wedding fever."

Edit summary: Cut a couple small scenes with his dad that lightly set up the plot but interrupt the pace, and the theme of the movie happening at weddings.
Polar
Synopsis: "The world's top assassin, Duncan Vizla, aka The Black Kaiser, is settling into retirement when his former employer marks him as a liability to the firm. Against his will, he finds himself back in the game going head-to-head with an army of younger, faster, ruthless killers who will stop at nothing to have him silenced."

Edit summary: Small trims to remove Mr Blut's lotion scenes, and a bit of his corny dialogue
