Premiere Pro 2021 XML stretch script
You must use the XML fix script to clean up the file before using this stretch script.
This has two modes to accurately convert XML files into different framerates, which Premiere does not handle well by default. Using this conversion will ensure that cuts and transitions remain aligned with the expected scenes. Before using it make sure you understand the difference between the two modes, since they give you completely different results!
