Synopsis: "Lucifer Morningstar has decided that he's had enough of being the dutiful servant in Hell and decides to take a break in Los Angeles."

Edit summary: This is an incredibly deep cut of the series, primarily using the first season as the overarching plot but also including the Mom storyline. It's condensed into 5 episodes averaging about 90 minutes each. There are a couple minor narrative inconsistencies due to mixing and matching multiple seasons, but most have been carefully trimmed out where possible - it isn't quite as polished as most of my edits, but it achieves the vibe I was looking for.

The tone is a bit different than the original show - Lucifer isn't stumbling over himself trying to win Chloe's heart, he's just a carefree devil doing what he does best. Her effect on him does come into play a bit but isn't treated as such a mystery. And the overall focus is far less on the procedural cop cases and more on the overarching story of the celestial characters with just enough detail to give you the flavor and flow of the police work.
